Q. How do I order online?

A. Here follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.

  • Log on to My Account at Healthgenie.
  • Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories.
  • You can either search by brand or product name and type, you can also browse each category and click on “Add to Cart” from the products page.
  • All purchases are stored in your shopping cart.
  • From the shopping cart you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with
  • all credit card companies and banks to make paying easy for you.
  • You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.

Q. What is My Account?

A. We’ve made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account”. “My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions at www.healthgenie.in. You can  manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids

  • change your password
  • track the status of your orders
  • Once the account is created, you do not have to enter the address details again.

Q. Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at healthgenie.in

Q. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on healthgenie.in Octroi, Sales Tax)?

A. There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Healthgenie.in . We offer free delivery if the order is above Rs.899 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 50 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

A. You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with healthgenie.in. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

Q. What does the different order status mean?

A. Payment Pending Authorization:  Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment Authorized, Order under Processing:  We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Shipped:  Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled:  The order was canceled.

Q. Tracking an order status

A. To track an order status, please call us on 011- 48323232 and speak with our customer care executives. Please keep your invoice number ready with you. You can also write to us at Genie@healthgenie.inand we will email you your order status.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A. On the completion of payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. You will get a mail in your registered email id, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number confirming the order details.

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

A. You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order shipped” state. You can do so by sending us an email to us with the order number.

Q. How to order through our call center?

  • We know that there are many choices and we rarely can make out which products are the ones we need. To assist you we have fully trained staff at our call center who can help and advise you to make the right purchasing decision.

  • Get informed about our promotions and offers.
  • You will need to place your order online and make a payment via our payment options online.
  • Check the delivery date with the executive

Q. Any hidden taxes and charges?

A. Nopes. All taxes – VAT for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.

Reward Points
Q. What are the registering reward points ?

A. Healthgenie. in has come up with a special Registering points scheme for their new customers.

  •  When a customer registers on Healthgenie’s website for the first time, Genie points will be credited in their account automatically which is worth         Rs. 1000.
  •  These reward points can be redeemed at the time of subsequent purchase.
  •  Customer can redeem 3% of the total order value from these Genie points.

Q. How can I purchase the product?

A. Placing an order on Healthgenie.in is quick and simple. As you browse through Healthgenie.in, you can put the items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on’Add to Cart’. Log in with your email address and password, enter your shipping address and make the payment. Alternatively, you can call us @ 011- 48323232 to speak to our sales agents.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?

A. Transactions on Healthgenie.in are very safe. We use the best-in-class security and the transactions done are secure. We use SSL data encryption which protects the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.

Q. I don’t have a credit/debit card. Can I still buy a deal?

A. Sure you can. You can either use an internet enabled bank account . You can also avail the Cash on Delivery service available on select deals.

Q. How do I cancel a transaction or get the refund?

A. In case of any discrepancies we will refund the money, provided that the reasons are valid. Please call us at 011- 48323232 or write to us @Genie@healthgenie.in. We will be more than happy to assist you within the applicable limits.

Q. What happens if I pay through credit/Debit and my order is cancelled later ?

A. We reserve the right to cancel the order.  In case payment has already been made , the same would be refunded within 15 days , and delay if any , after that , shall be refunded with 12% pa  interest.

Q. Cash on delivery?

A. The Cash on delivery payment option is available on all the items except Wheel Chair Section.

  1. Flat Rs.50 would be charged, if cash on delivery mode is selected.

  4. Pay cash on delivery to the courier. The courier will not accept cheques or demand drafts, please pay only cash.
  5. Before processing your order for cash on delivery, our agent will call you over phone. After you reconfirm that you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, your order will be processed.

NOTE : To save the COD Charges, you may select the Pre-paid mode not only you save Rs. 50 but you also 1% instant additional discount is provided with wider reach to 20,000 pincode.
