* SHIPPING POLICY SHIPPING DISPATCH TIME FRAME It is our constant endeavour to dispatch the order placed by you as soon as possible. However, once you have placed an order, we keep you updated with every step of your order's processing through e-Mail, SMS and also over the phone. The order placed by you is categorized in three respective 'Stock' sections: 1. Own Inventory : These are the products that are available in our warehouse. The products belonging to own inventory category are dispatched within the time frame (dispatch time) mentioned on the products. 2. Just-in-Time (JIT) Stock : Once you have placed an order and the order is confirmed, the ordered product(s) is/are procured from the respective vendors. The orders that have JIT product(s) are dispatched in 2-5 working days. 3. Drop Ship Stock : Once you have placed an order and the order is confirmed, the ordered product(s) is/are directly shipped by our respective vendors The orders that have Drop-Ship product(s) are dispatched in 2-5 working days. Note: However, if you have placed an order that includes items from different 'Stock' sections mentioned above, i.e., In-Own Inventory, Just-in-Time Stock and Drop Ship Stock, in that case, the order placed by you is dispatched in fragments and as per the availability of the items. * TIME REQUIRED FOR THE DELIVERY For Tier 1 Metropolitan City Areas, It takes 2-3 working days, for the order to get delivered, after the order is dispatched For Tier 2 - 3 cities, it takes 2-5 working days for the order to get delivered, once the order is dispatched Orders scheduled to be shipped to rural and remote locations /North East, Extreme North, Southern Tips and Islands take at least 7 working days and even longer, for the order to get delivered, after the order has been dispatched . Orders that have heavy products in terms of volume weight like Wheel chair, Commode chair, Adult Diapers, products belonging to Sports Fitness category, Gym equipments will be shipped through 'Surface Mode' and takes minimum 5 working days for the order to get delivered, after the order is dispatched. Note: The time mentioned for an order to get delivered is an estimated time. However, the actual delivery of the order will totally depend on the Availability of the item ordered, with the merchant; Geographical location of the address, where the delivery of the order placed has been scheduled; Availability of the courier services for the location where the order placed is to be delivered Impediments caused due to the unfavourable circumstances At Healthgenie.in we provide you with a secured shopping platform, however, in case the shipment is delayed and you want to cancel the order, you can contact our Customer Relationship Team. * SHIPPING CHARGES Free Shipping on orders above ₹ 899 Orders under or equal to ₹ 899 will be charged ₹ 50 only towards the Shipping Charges * THE SHIPMENT METHODS Orders carrying the items that are Light Weighted are shipped through 'Air Mode' whereas, the heavy items like Wheel chair, Commode chair, Adult Diapers, products belonging to Sports Fitness category, Gym equipments, etc. are shipped by 'Surface Mode'. We deliver your orders through our Courier Partners like Blue Dart, Aramex, Red Express et cetera. For getting the order delivered in the remote locations, the services of DTDC and Indian Post are used. * Cash-on-Delivery Policy Only ₹ 50 will be charged, if Cash-on-Delivery option selected Note: However, on orders Pre-paid, you will not only save ₹ 50 but you also get 1 per cent reward Discount instantly. * Cancellation Policy CANCELLATION BY Healthgenie.in : However, it is our constant endeavour that we dispatch and deliver all your orders placed at Healthgenie.in , but there are certain unfavourable situations, where we cancel the order placed by you, from our end. On the conditions being: Address where the order is to be delivered is incomplete or incorrect The address/ Pin code provided are non-serviceable, Ordered items are Out-of-Stock, Orders not approved by our 'Credit and Fraud' avoidance team, Orders Numbers and Quantity restrictions as per our Terms Conditions Errors in Product, Pricing and Promotional Information Limitations on quantity available for purchase , Item not available with the merchant. Note: In case the payment is already made for the orders cancelled from our end, we will make a refund in full, at the earliest However, there are orders which needs to go further verification and additional information will be required before accepting the order. Order Cancelled Before Dispatch : if order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be made. b. Order Cancelled After Dispatch : Refund will be made, after deducting the Shipping/Freight Charges only Note: No Wallet Credit or any other Credit will be made However, if you want the refund to be made in your Wallet or Credit be given, Shipping/Freight Charges will not be deducted and your Wallet will be credited with full Refund, which can be used at any of your shopping in future.
